I’ve been spending a lot of time in the French Quarter as of late. Being a person built on the idea of routine, coffee (specifically iced coffee) is my morning godsend. I have always been a huge fan of the well positioned and highly accessible original Cafe Envie ( 308 Decatur St.), it’s their latest location further down the main French Quarter boulevard (1241 Decatur St.) that has really captured me. These two totally different spots are my go to places for my first or even my third iced coffee. Their newest location seen below is quaint and equally efficient with a great staff that will always quick to remember your face and drink after only a few visits. The breeze saunters through the entire space all the while reminding you you’re still in Nola. Stop in and grab a coffee, or grab a bit to eat and stay a while.
